Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amazon Review Analyzer Chrome extension (“the Extension”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. Contact: happyjwdev@gmail.com.
1. The product
The Extension is digital software that helps you collect Amazon product reviews from pages you browse, filter and export them, and optionally run AI analysis. It is provided as a Chrome extension for research and seller workflow aid.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. “Amazon” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and any Free / Pro plan limits. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Extension except as allowed by applicable law.
3. Accounts & plans
- Some features require signing in with Google.
- Free and Pro plans have different quotas (daily jobs, reviews per job, AI calls).
- Pro subscriptions are billed through Paddle (Merchant of Record).
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Extension to violate Amazon’s terms, robots rules, or applicable law
- Bypass CAPTCHAs, security checks, or access controls
- Abuse scraping with excessive automated load beyond normal personal / research use
- Share accounts, license codes, or Pro access in a way that circumvents plan limits
- Use the Extension for unlawful surveillance, spam, or fraud
If Amazon shows a Robot Check or similar challenge, you must complete it yourself. The Extension does not bypass such checks.
5. Data & privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. Reviews are stored on your device by default; AI analysis may send sampled review text through our proxy to a language model.
6. Payments & refunds
Paid plans are processed by Paddle. Payment terms and tax handling follow Paddle’s checkout and policies. Our refund rules are in the Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Analysis output is for research aid only and is not investment, listing, legal, or professional advice. Amazon pages and APIs change; scrape success is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time (uninstall / delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
